Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Commercive, a paid community that provides educational resources, community access, and eligibility to receive access to a GoHighLevel subaccount based on your selected plan. By purchasing or accessing Commercive, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Commercive

Commercive is a paid online community that provides members with access to:

A private Whop-hosted community ("Whop Group")
Educational content and resources
Eligibility to claim GoHighLevel subaccounts in accordance with the selected membership plan

Commercive itself is not a software platform. Access to GoHighLevel subaccounts is provided as a benefit of membership and is subject to additional third-party terms.

2. Merchant of Record

Whop Inc is the Merchant of Record for all payments, subscriptions, and billing related to Commercive.

All billing inquiries, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes must be handled through the Whop platform.

3. Platform Management

The Commercive community and related operational services are managed by:

Brookstone Digital Services, LLC

Brookstone Digital Services, LLC is responsible for community administration, onboarding processes, and coordination of subaccount access but does not process payments directly.

4. Membership Plans

Starter Plan

Price: $49 every 4 weeks
Access to the private Whop group
Eligibility to claim up to one (1) GoHighLevel subaccount

Unlimited Plan

Price: $99 every 4 weeks
Access to the private Whop group
Eligibility to claim an unlimited number of GoHighLevel subaccounts

Membership pricing is recurring and billed every four (4) weeks unless canceled through Whop.

5. Free Trial (If Offered)

From time to time, Commercive may offer a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method on file will be automatically charged for the applicable membership plan.

Trial eligibility, duration, and availability may change at any time.

6. Membership Start & Access Timing

Your membership begins immediately once you submit the form requesting a GoHighLevel subaccount, not when the subaccount is fully provisioned.
You will receive immediate access to the private Whop group upon membership activation.
GoHighLevel subaccount setup typically occurs within 24–48 hours, but timing may vary depending on volume and operational factors.

Delays in provisioning do not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks.

7. GoHighLevel Subaccounts

GoHighLevel subaccounts are hosted, operated, and managed by GoHighLevel, not Commercive or Brookstone Digital Services, LLC.
By using a subaccount, you agree to comply with GoHighLevel's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policies, and any applicable usage restrictions.
Commercive does not guarantee uptime, data availability, feature access, or performance of GoHighLevel services.

Important Clarifications

Deleting a GoHighLevel subaccount does not cancel your Commercive membership.
Deleting a subaccount does not stop billing.
Memberships can only be canceled through the Whop platform.

8. Subaccount Limits & Abuse

Starter Plan members are limited to one (1) active subaccount.
Unlimited Plan members may claim multiple subaccounts, subject to reasonable use.
Abuse, reselling, exploitation, or excessive system strain may result in limitation, suspension, or termination at our discretion without refund.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be completed through Whop.
Once a billing cycle has begun, no refunds will be issued for partial periods.
Failure to use the service, deletion of subaccounts, or dissatisfaction with third-party platforms does not qualify for refunds.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you:

Violate these Terms
Violate GoHighLevel's terms
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse services

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

11. Disclaimers

Commercive is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding:

Income or business results
Software performance
Compatibility with your workflows
Availability of third-party services

Use of the community and associated tools is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Commercive, Brookstone Digital Services, LLC, and their affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous billing period.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Commercive constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
